WESMAR PROPELLS WRIGHT TO 100TH CAREER ASCS WIN AUGUST 4, 2005 - WESMAR Racing Engines propelled Texan Gary Wright to his 100th career American Sprint Car Series victory last weekend at Tulsa Speedway‘s ASCS National Tour event. Wright became the first driver in ASCS history to capture 100 feature wins aboard his WESMAR-powered Southwest Express/The Shop/Richwood Construction entry at Tulsa last Saturday evening. Saturday's feature at Tulsa was the 436th event in O'Reilly ASCS National
Tour history, and marked Wright's 263rd feature start, equating to a victory
rate of 38%. Wright has won with the ASCS in 12 different states at Wright will be looking for win number 101 this weekend at the 360 nationals at Knoxville Raceway, where WESMAR Racing Engines propelled Billy Alley to the win in 2004.
