SAN ANTONIO, TX (February 22, 2007) – VP Racing Fuels, Inc., an industry leader in the production and distribution of racing fuels and other performance products, has named Jason Rueckert as its new Regional Manager-VP Midwest. Rueckert replaces Jay Farnsworth, who was recently appointed to the newly created position of Technical Director for VP. In his new position, Rueckert will be based in Terre Haute, IN, with responsibility for all sales operations in VP’s Midwest Region including Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota and North Dakota.

An avid drag racer, overall racing enthusiast and 8-year veteran at VP, Rueckert has been instrumental in the growth of the company’s Midwest region over the last several years, according to Steve Burns, VP’s President and CEO. “Jason will be a tremendous resource to our Midwest region customers due to his vast knowledge of racing fuels and the racing industry,” Burns said. “His customers attest to his unbridled energy and ability to maintain solid, mutually supportive relationships. As we continue to experience significant growth, it’s a pleasure to be able to tap an experienced professional like Jason to ensure we don’t miss a step during these transitions.”

VP Racing has manufactured the best fuels for motorsports since 1975. With more than 60 unique blends, VP has fueled champions in virtually every racing category and class -- from circle track, drag racing and road racing to off-road, off-shore and even airplane racing. VP RACING FUELS NAMED OFFICIAL FUEL SUPPLIER OF IMSA; AMERICAN LEMANS TEAMS TO USE STREETBLAZE 100

SAN ANTONIO, TX (Feb. 15, 2007) – In a two-year technical and marketing partnership, VP Racing Fuels has been appointed as the Official Fuel Supplier of the International Motor Sports Association (IMSA), the sanctioning body announced today. VP Racing Fuels, known for its technical racing fuel expertise, will formulate and provide all supply logistics as the IMSA-sanctioned American Le Mans Series adopts multiple ethanol enriched gasoline blends to be used in competition this year and into the future, starting with the season-opening Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring on March 17.

VP Racing Fuels will first supply IMSA 100/E 10, a tightly controlled specification of its street-legal StreetBlaze 100 octane ethanol-enriched gasoline. The move further demonstrates the relevance of the American Le Mans Series as its partners showcase the technological advances of their consumer brands on the race track.

“The American Le Mans Series is committed to providing the best possible North American motorsports platform for manufacturers and partners to display their innovative technology to our ever-growing consumer base,” said Scott Atherton, President & CEO of the American Le Mans Series. “This new relationship with VP Racing Fuels is yet another example of the relevancy of the American Le Mans Series. We view VP as being on the leading edge of the development and production of racing fuel technology – and the practical application of such technology to the consumer. Those same advances will carry over to its customers, who will directly benefit from VP’s involvement with the Series. It is a win-win situation for all.”

In addition to the American Le Mans Series, VP Racing Fuels also will provide IMSA-sanctioned fuel to teams competing in IMSA Lites presented by Hankook and the IMSA GT3 Cup Challenge presented by Michelin during the 2007 and 2008 seasons. The Star Mazda Championship, another IMSA-sanctioned series, also benefits from a partnership with VP.

All teams in the American Le Mans Series with the exception of the Audi R10 TDI turbo diesel will use the street-legal ethanol enriched gasoline StreetBlaze 100 (IMSA 100/E 10).

Intersport Racing was among the Series teams that tested VP’s fuel at the recent American Le Mans Series Winter Test at Sebring International Raceway. “The Intersport Lola ran extremely well on VP Racing Fuel’s StreetBlaze 100 (IMSA 100/E 10),” said team owner and driver Clint Field. “It’s a quality ethanol fuel blend which demonstrates that a racing fuel can be not only high performance but ecologically friendly as well. At Intersport, it’s important that we give our team every advantage and opportunity to challenge for the American Le Mans Series team title, so having a fuel that provides a world-class performance is critical. We believe VP can deliver that type of performance.”

"VP is excited about this new technical partnership and the marketing opportunities it affords,” said Bruce Hendel, Sales Manager for VP. “Our association with the IMSA and the American Le Mans Series will further solidify our position as the market leader in race fuel technology. Over and above that, the Porsche, Corvette and Ferrari enthusiasts, and others who follow the American Le Mans Series are natural targets for VP’s StreetBlaze 100 racing fuel, which is oxygenated with ethanol and street legal throughout the U.S. The Series will provide the perfect venue to educate these high performance street car owners on the positive impact StreetBlaze can have on their cars’ performance, generating as much as 14 percent more horsepower than premium pump gas.

“We expect to leverage VP Racing Fuels’ increasing retail presence in support of the series, starting in California where StreetBlaze 100 is available at the pump at selected VP-branded retail gas stations,” Hendel added. “Cross-promotional opportunities with VP will help the American Le Mans Series reach a larger audience of enthusiasts who use high performance fuels.”

“We’re excited to be associated with VP Racing Fuels and the American Le Mans Series as they provide a clear message to consumers that performance and environmental responsibility can co-exist with ethanol-enriched fuel,” said Tom Slunecka, executive director of the Ethanol Promotion and Information Council (EPIC).

VP Racing has manufactured top-line fuels for motorsports since 1975. With more than 60 unique blends, VP has fueled champions in virtually every racing category and class – from circle track, drag racing and road racing to off road, off shore and even airplane racing. In addition to fuels, VP's product line includes performance chemicals, specialty lubricants, traction adhesives and fuel handling accessories.
